Once terms more likely found only in clinics, they\u2019re now casually appearing with increasing regularity on social media. Your TikTok and Instagram feeds may be filled with advice on how to deal with people who most likely will not ever be formally diagnosed. And, of course, not everyone who posts is a qualified expert.
