A family-owned fabrication firm from Wexford has been acquired by a large London-listed steel products group for € 7.3m, as it pursues growth in the European data-centre market.
Hill & Smith, the FTSE 250-listed steel products group, revealed last week it had bought Hentech Fabrication. It is the latest Irish data-centre-linked firm to be snapped up in recent years.
