Whiskey founder Mark Reynier on the sale of his distillery and his hopes to go again

The founder of Waterford Whiskey, which was acquired out of receivership by a large American bourbon producer, hopes to buy back some of the casks he produced and start a new brand.
Drinks industry veteran Mark Reynier set up Waterford Whiskey in 2015 after buying Diageo’s former brewery on the banks of the River Suir in the city.
