New York lawyer Michael Griffith has urged a Florida court to allow him to file an amended complaint in his multi-million dollar legal dispute against Cork restaurateur Patricia Toscano.
The court recently said it was dismissing Mr Griffith’s case against his former girlfriend. He sued Ms Toscano (68) following a dispute over the proceeds from the sale of a luxury Miami home for almost $16m (€14m).
