Commercial state CEOs get better pensions and holidays than private sector

The pensions and annual leave allowances enjoyed by CEOs in commercial state bodies are generally more generous than for their counterparts in the private sector, a new report has found.

The basic annual leave entitlement for almost all the CEOs is 30 days, which is above the market median, according to the review by the Senior Posts Remuneration Committee.
