The UK High Court has refused to grant a request by the Dutch arm of a Russian air cargo group Volga-Dnepr Logistics to vary an order to make a $203m (€181m) payment to the Irish bank account of an Ireland-based aircraft leasing firm owned by AerCap.
The court has ruled that the order itself does not breach sanctions imposed on Russia following its invasion of Ukraine.
