Dukes at Queen’s, off Botanic Avenue in the city, has been owned by the Diamond pub and hospitality group since 2009.
According to Companies House, the directors of Dukes Belfast LLP are Eamon and Eileen Diamond, along with 40-year-old Harry Diamond, who has been caddie to Rory McIlroy since 2017.
The hotel, which is closed, is now on the market through CBRE NI.
Eileen and Eamon Diamond are also listed as directors of Bangor Marine Court Hotel.

The venue is described on PropertyNews.com as a “boutique hotel” in the Queen’s Quarter with 32 ensuite bedrooms. There is also a bar called The Practitioner, along with a restaurant.
It says the hotel has a “prominent” location between University Street and Botanic Avenue “a few minutes walk from Belfast’s famed Queen’s University and Botanic Gardens in the heart of the university area, close to a number of restaurants and businesses”.
According to the brochure, there are now 52 hotels in Belfast, with 5,237 bedrooms and accounting for over half of the total bedroom stock in Northern Ireland.

Around 47pc of hotel stock is four star, with the budget segment making up 28pc, five star at 10pc and three star at 9pc.
It adds: “The Belfast hotel market has been extremely robust over the last two and a half years.”
Quoting industry body STR, it said that in the year ending 2024, revenue per available room was 5.4pc higher than it had been in 2023, with record high average daily rates of £115.04 and occupancy of 77.4pc.
Dukes Hotel was previously on the market in 2015 at the same price but was not sold at that time.
Following his Masters victory last month, Rory McIlory spoke about Harry Diamond as his long-time friend and caddie.
“I’ve known Harry since I was seven-years-old,” McIlroy said. “I met him on the putting green at Holywood Golf Club. We’ve had so many good times together. He’s been like a big brother to me the whole way through my life.
“He’s a massive part of what I do, and I couldn’t think of anyone better to share it with than him.”
