Livingston Designer Outlet has announced a major expansion and refit for Calvin Klein, the latest globally-renowned designer brand to reinvest in the centre and provide a lift to shopping locations.
Calvin Klein has been a standout store for both its performance and presence at the Outlet since its arrival in 2002.
The new store size is almost 6,500 sq. ft, more than double its previous floorspace. With increased space, broader visual merchandising opportunities and a prime location, Calvin Klein anticipates even higher footfall numbers and increased dwell time from shoppers.
Global Mutual, asset manager of Livingston Designer Outlet since 2023, has spent the last two years consolidating its retail strategy to strengthen the centre’s brand positioning across Scotland and beyond.
It has recently secured upsized leases with global brands including The North Face, Le Creuset and Lacoste.
Nicky Lovell, head of retail at Global Mutual, said: “This investment marks a pivotal milestone in our vision for Livingston Designer Outlet.”
