?In the 1940s, my dad, Terence Gormley, was working in a butcher shop in Parnell Street in Dublin with Thomas le Blanc.

They decided to open their own business and approached Ms O’Neil who had a butcher shop in Dorset St, who they correctly thought might be considering retirement.
