Q My grandson is starting private secondary school in September 2026. I would like to finance his fees. I am in my late 70s and would like to put monies in a fund for him. Is there a tax-free way of doing this, or what is the best way to go?
A As your grandson is starting secondary school in September 2026, you have a very short investment timeframe, even if you were to continue to set aside money for his school fees throughout his five to six years in secondary school.
