DAA chief executive Kenny Jacobs sues airport company over his suspension

DAA plc chief executive Kenny Jacobs has begun legal proceedings seeking the lifting of his suspension and the halting of a proposed investigation ordered by its board.

The move was expected and follows months of turmoil at the company, which owns and operates Dublin Airport and Cork Airport.
