The Coalition is coming under growing pressure to take stronger action over the Grok AI tool amid widespread concern over its use to manipulate images of women and children by digitally removing their clothes.
But despite the issue dominating the first day back of the Dáil, the Government is resisting calls to ban the technology run by Elon Musk’s X, which has its European headquarters in Dublin.
