Lawyers for the DAA are expected to submit an affidavit to the High Court today in response to allegations made by chief executive Kenny Jacobs last week as he applied to have his suspension from the job lifted.
Depending on the contents, the affidavit has the potential to intensify the rift between the board of the semi-state company and Mr Jacobs, following months of turmoil.
