Firm is seeking an injunction to restrain a Nigerian-based oil industry construction company from presenting a winding-up petition against it

A High Court judge has said that there is “prima facie evidence” to suggest that Oisin Fanning’s San Leon Energy PLC “may be insolvent and trading unlawfully”.
Mr Justice Kennedy made the claim in a written judgment he has issued in a case in which San Leon sought an injunction to restrain a Nigerian-based oil industry construction firm from presenting a winding-up petition against it.
