Q I need your advice as to how to respond to clients and some work colleagues – all female, it has to be said – who put kisses at the end of their emails.
To me, who has done nothing to justify this and who never responds in kind, it’s highly unprofessional in a work situation. It also makes me distinctly uncomfortable.
