Brown Thomas Arnotts has admitted breaching sales pricing laws following online compliance sweeps by the consumer watchdog during the 2024 Black Friday sales.
The department store group, which operates several outlets across the country, appeared before Dublin District Court following a prosecution brought by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
