Of the 28,000 homes now being built nationwide, 5,000 are in Dublin

There were almost 28,000 residential buildings under construction last month, an increase of just over 25pc on December 2024.
The figures, from the GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report, show that 5,046 of the 27,931 units being built were in Dublin, or 18pc of the total.
