A cousin of the king of Spain has been arrested and bailed over his alleged links to one of Spain’s biggest ever drugs busts.

Francisco de Borbon, who is a director of Dublin-based ET Fintech Europe, was detained on Tuesday by Spanish police investigating the seizure of 13 tonnes of cocaine at the southern port of Algeciras in late 2024.
