New York lawyer back in court to chase Cork restaurateur over $16 million house sale
New York lawyer Michael Griffith has urged a Florida court to give him permission to correctly serve Cork restaurateur Patricia Toscano with notice of his legal action against her that is linked to the acrimonious sale of a $16m (€13m) Miami mansion.
Mr Griffith and Ms Toscano were in a romantic relationship for many years, but have fallen out following the sale of the property.
