UPDATE 9 March:
A major fire engulfed a building in central Glasgow on Sunday afternoon, causing it to partially collapse and disrupt road and rail services.
A number of retail outlets were destroyed and the dome on the building next to Central Station fell.
The Voco Grand Hotel was evacuated, but there were no reports of injuries.
An area around the affected buildings was sealed off as 60 firefighters attended the scene.
Glasgow Central station has been closed and no ScotRail services will operate to or from Glasgow Central high level.

ScotRail services will not call at Glasgow Central low level but will pass through the station to stop at Argyle Street and Anderson on Monday.
It is updating customers via social media channels, the website and the app, and customers should check for information on services operating in around the city before travelling.
There will also be limited replacement transport available.
Mark Ilderton, ScotRail service delivery director, said: “Unfortunately, we will not be able to operate train services in or out of Glasgow Central high level tomorrow [Monday] following the impact of the major fire near to the station.
“Our trains which operate via Glasgow Central low level will continue to run, but will not stop at the station.

“We are sorry to customers for the impact this will cause, and we would urge them to check their journey options before they travel, and we aware there will be very limited replacement transport.
“We will keep customers updated via our social media channels, and you can also visit our website, or use the ScotRail app to find out what services will be operating.”
The blaze broke out in a vape shop near Glasgow Central railway station which was closed until further notice. Several retail units, including a coffee shop, hair salon, nail salon and tattooist were destroyed.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said 15 appliances were called to the scene at about 3.45pm and crews were pumping water out of the River Clyde in order to battle the flames.
Paul Sweeney, the Labour MSP said: “It’s a massive blow to Union Street with the restoration of the [neighbouring] Egyptian Halls in prospect.”
