Pony breeders ordered off 14-acre site in Delgany with residential zoning

Greg Kavanagh is set to buy Stylebawn House in Delgany – a historic property until recently owned by fellow developer Johnny Ronan – after the High Court ordered two horse breeders who have claimed squatters’ rights to leave the Co Wicklow site.
Mr Justice Micheál O’Connell ordered that Tom O’Connor, Killian Elliott and “persons unknown” in occupation of lands at Stylebawn be restrained from remaining on the land or continuing in occupation of the property.
