The single largest settlement registered with Revenue in the final quarter of 2025 was for more than €2.2m.
It was made by a Dublin-based maker and installer of air conditioning systems, Air Force H&V Ltd, for the under-declaration of taxes including PAYE, PRSI and Vat. The company is now in liquidation, and €1.8m of the settlement has not been paid. The company went into liquidation in May last year.

Desmond O’Keeffe, of 51 Knocklyne Valley in Killorglin, Co Kerry made a €155,000 settlement with Revenue in the last quarter.
He is listed as being a cryptocurrency investor. The settlement included tax of more than €98,000, interest amounting to €27,000 and penalties of more than €29,000.
Runo Dortie, who was a student when he set up Eirescooters Ireland, has been stung with a near €130,000 settlement.
That followed a Revenue investigation that uncovered the non-declaration of capital gains tax and Vat at the electric scooter retailer. It also revealed under-declaration of income tax. Mr Dortie was resident in Navan, Co Meath, when he set up the business in 2020 but is now listed as living in Rotterdam.
Dublin firm Pro-Light Design & Technology Ltd made a €1.1m settlement with Revenue in the final quarter of 2025, but only €22,000 of the amount owed has been paid. The company was found to have under-declared its corporation tax and Vat.
The company entered a small company rescue scheme in January last year before it entered examinership in March 2025. It later successfully exited examinership.
Kieran Cotter, listed as a former company director and with an address in Andorra, has made an €86,000 settlement with Revenue for the under-declaration of income tax.
Another person on the Revenue’s latest list of defaulters is Simon Marc Dollner, currently with an address in Valenica, Spain. He is listed as being a landlord and was found to have under-declared his income tax. His settlement included €113,000 in tax, €42,000 in interest and €34,000 in penalties. None of the money owed has yet been paid.
John Levins, a company director and landlord of Cova de Aria, Platin Road in Drogheda, made a €296,000 settlement for the non-declaration of capital gains tax. That included €175,000 in tax, €69,000 in interest and €52,000 in penalties.
