Out in the rural heart of north county Dublin, nestled discreetly among the cabbage fields and solar farms, under the roaring jets of planes, there’s a 160-metre long “Dart line”.
It may be the shortest train line in the country. But it’s here – on a huge site in Killsallaghan, hidden from the farmland behind expertly crafted landscaped banks – that Breffni Group managing director Rory Flynn prepares his staff and machines for the big impact he hopes they can have on Ireland’s current and future railways.
