Dublin Airport will handle more than 36 million passengers this year, says DAA chief Kenny Jacobs

Figure is far above the annual cap of 32 million, which the hub is seeking to have lifted

Dublin Airport expects to handle more than 36 million passengers this year – well above the 32 million permitted by a planning condition, according to DAA chief executive Kenny Jacobs.

It will be the second successive year that the cap has been breached, because the airport handled 34.6 million passengers in 2024.
