Of the 37 companies in the top 200 – more than twice as many rose in rankings as fell

Are the good times back in the tech sector? This year’s results from a survey of 12,000 employees seem to suggest they might be. Of the 37 tech companies counted among the top 200 best employers in Ireland, more than twice as many (24) rose in the rankings as fell (11), with two remaining level.
That’s markedly better than last year, when there were roughly the same number of risers as fallers. The strongest performers include Apple (first, up from 24th) and, somewhat surprisingly, Intel (13th, up from 70th), with work-from-home specialist eBay remaining constant in sixth place.
