Dwello, the residential letting agent, has secured the management of a portfolio of 200 properties.
The portfolio, owned by food supplies owner Stuart Dalziel, includes properties across the central belt, concentrated in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Dwello will perform a full portfolio asset management service for this instruction including bespoke client and bank reporting and providing advice on market rents, refurbishment and growth strategy, in addition to its standard letting agent service.
Dwello launched in May this year, opening its first office on Byres Road in Glasgow. It has 15 staff and is on target to reach 1,000 properties under management within its first two years.
