The HSE is seeking more than €1.95m for a Dún Laoghaire property which has potential for residential or a range of other uses.
Known as Centenary House, the building is located on a 0.32-acre corner site at the junction of York Road and Tivoli Terrace South, which is within about 15 minutes walking distance from Dún Laoghaire town centre and harbour.
