With 29 years in the business, Susan’s career journey has been anything but conventional – and her leadership lessons are quietly powerful.
She began as a nanny, having first studied antiques and auctioneering in London. A pivot into childcare, driven by passion rather than planning, soon evolved into a business idea. “I always wanted to be on the other end. I loved business studies in school, my dad was self-employed, and I just knew I wanted to create something of my own.”
