From legal rows to boardroom bust-ups, potential presidential candidate Gareth Sheridan’s pharma firm, Nutriband, has been no stranger to controversy over the last decade.
The Nasdaq-listed, opioid pain-relief patch company, set up by Sheridan in Dublin back in 2012 and now headquartered in Florida, has already been embroiled in a long-running court battle in the US, where it claimed to be the victim of a fraud that saw it hand over shares valued at $47m (€40m) in 2019.
