Executives in corporate ­Ireland have been dying to scratch the remote working itch for some time. Many of them believe that working-from-home arrangements are too stacked in favour of employees and they would love to get them all back in the office – where they belong!

Pushing too far too soon on this issue risks sapping morale – or worse still, a brain drain as some people might leave.
