Commercial property agents expect rents and prices to rise for prime office, retail and industrial properties over the next 12 months, according to a sentiment survey by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
A shift would buck the trend since Covid, which has seen commercial property prices suffer years of decline.
