A young entrepreneur has urged the Government to support the next generation of small-business owners in Budget 2026 as they battle against the costs of growing their businesses online.

Fionn O’Callaghan (21), owner of ­barbershop Callas Cuts in Co Wexford, made the call “because businesses will not survive over the next 10 years if they do not digitalise themselves”.
