Working out has proven to boost your mood and your focus

Over the past few months, I finally began getting to the gym consistently. Five days a week. I’ve also finally gotten serious about nutrition by boosting protein and limiting unnecessary carbs and calories.

So you won’t be surprised that I’m feeling noticeably stronger, leaner – and more determined to keep going.
