Tomorrow is the deadline to submit entries for the 2025 Property Awards

Now in its tenth year, the awards are recognised as the premier platform for celebrating achievement across the Irish property sector. Since launch in 2015, they have shone a spotlight on the people, projects and organisations driving progress in this vital industry.

This year, honours will be presented across 10 categories, including the Architecture Award, the Construction Project Award, the Developer Award, the Fund Manager Award, the Placemaking & Planning Award, the PropTech Award and the Rising Star Award.

The Housing Award will celebrate innovative housing projects – and is open to housing bodies, developers, and government authorities.

The Agency Award recognises agencies excelling in sales, lettings, or property management.

The Property Transaction of the Year Award celebrates significant real estate deals, and is open to asset owners, developers, and commercial agents.

In addition, the prestigious Lifetime Property Excellence Award will recognise an individual whose contribution has had and will continue to have a lasting impact on the industry.

The black-tie awards ceremony will take place on the evening of Thursday, November 6, at the Convention Centre Dublin, where 1,000 industry stakeholders will gather to celebrate excellence, innovation, and leadership across the sector.

What distinguishes these awards is their integrity. They are endorsed by leading professional bodies, judged through an independent process, and operate under a strict no-sponsorship-of-categories policy — thus ensuring fairness, credibility, and sector-wide trust.

Entries close on Friday, October 10, and full award details — including the honour rolls of previous winners and judging details are available to view at propertyexcellenceawards.com.
