Commercial property veteran Stephen Vernon has been honoured for a “lifetime of transformative impact, vision, and leadership in the Irish and UK markets”.
The former Green Property REIT chairman was among the winners announced at the 2025 KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards last night.
Leading figures from architecture, construction, planning, development, and real estate gathered to honour projects and people shaping Ireland’s future at the gala event held at the Convention Centre Dublin.
The Lifetime Achievement Property Excellence Award was presented to Stephen Vernon, whose career has been defined by vision, timing, and leadership.
Speaking at the event, Carmel Logan, Partner, Head of Real Estate at KPMG Ireland, said: “Stephen Vernon’s career embodies the qualities that define every winner we celebrate tonight – determination, focus, and a vision for what’s possible.
