A last-minute panic to file property tax returns has forced Revenue to extend the deadline.
A logjam of unanswered phone calls, along with letters that have yet to be replied to, have left the tax authority with little choice but to give homeowners until 5.30pm next Wednesday, November 12, to file their Local Property Tax (LPT) return.
