Combined pre-tax profits total €67.3m – up 23pc on the year

Revenues at the Smyths Toys retail empire, which stretches across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe, increased to a record €2.53bn last year.
New accounts filed by the Irish, Central European and French units of the family-owned business show that the growth was driven by sales increases in its store network across Europe in 2024.
