Coillte, the Irish forestry company, is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from hospitality operators to provide tourist accommodation at Avondale Forest Park in Co Wicklow.
The chosen operator will be expected to apply for planning permission and develop 40 to 50 cabins at their own cost, while Coillte will provide the serviced land to the developer/operator under a ground lease structure.
