A new hybrid-working policy has been in force for staff since September, but some are unhappy

Half-empty offices and a serious lack of restaurant facilities and parking spaces – that’s how UCD school manager Claire Nolan describes the Belfield campus during the summer months.

Ms Nolan said she could not see why she or her colleagues must work on campus for a minimum of three days a week year-round.
