Ciara Fitzpatrick joined the BWG Foods NextGen Entrepreneurs programme for retail leaders in Ireland
We are in the centre of Monasterevin and have eight pumps on our forecourt. We open at 6 am Monday to Friday. Even at quiet times we get deliveries, and we’d be putting the stuff away.
We get the rush of commuters in the morning, the school kids. In the evening, people are in after their sports, they pop in for forgotten things and people working on the night shift come in for coffee.
