The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) has been told it must release a report from a statistical expert that checks whether the winning numbers in the weekly prize-bond draw are truly random.
The agency has been refusing to reveal the contents on the basis that it might facilitate fraud or cybercrime, claiming the information would be of assistance to criminals in sending out phishing messages.
