Bytedance, the owner of TikTok, has become the latest Big Tech company to take legal proceedings against the Irish media regulator.
The Chinese tech company, represented by A&L Goodbody, has applied for a judicial review against Coimisiún na Meán, which is now facing a total of 10 court challenges from the social-media platforms it regulates.
