Q I run a delivery service and, as you’d expect, during the Christmas period I was run off my feet with orders. In a few situations, my company really went above and beyond what was required in order to ensure that deliveries arrived on time, or even before time.
Thinking back over my business year, as so many people do at this time of year, it struck me that none of the customers for whom I made such a huge effort acknowledged this in any way.
