UPS tells court it is owed more than €37m for ‘Temu’ delivery work

UPS parcel and logistics company claims it is owed more than €37m by one of its customers for European deliveries of products bought on the Temu online platform, it is claimed in the Commercial Court.

United Parcel Service (UPS) of Ireland Ltd has brought Commercial Court proceedings against Whaleco Technology Ltd for payments it says are due for small package transport services in Europe. Dublin-registered Whaleco is the European operating company behind the global online marketplace Temu.
