Q I’m in my early 70s, unmarried, and don’t have any children. I own 50 acres of land that I farm alone, have a nice bungalow, and am financially well off.
My closest family consists of a niece and nephew, two grandnephews, and two grandnieces. They will eventually inherit what I own.
