Q My husband and I own a mortgage-free property in Cork city centre. Our son is going to be living there from September, as he is going into third year in college. He will be working part-time.
We were also going to allow his cousin to move in and pay rent. But we were wondering if we can avail of the rent-a-room scheme for his cousin?
