The 180-unit flat complex in Birchwood Court, Santry, Dublin 9
The race to become Ireland’s largest residential landlord has intensified, following Ardstone’s acquisition of Birchwood Court – a newly completed 180-unit apartment complex in Santry in Dublin 9 – for €79m.
The deal brings to over 3,000 the number of houses and apartments in the group’s Ardstone Residential Income Fund (ARIF).
