Irish electricity suppliers not passing on savings to consumers, according to new report

Taoiseach Micheál Martin has suggested power companies were “factoring in” government electricity subsidies while “gouging” domestic customers.

He hinted that the state supports were being pocketed and bills extended proportionately so that customers were receiving no effective relief.
