Flogas has secured judgments totalling almost €900,000 against cafes, pubs, takeaways and restaurants so far this year as the premises failed to pay their energy bills.
Owned by stock market-listed DCC, Flogas remains the most active energy firm in Ireland in terms of securing judgments against food businesses that owe money to the company.
