Ongoing court cases pose major threat to construction, says CIF

Two judicial review cases currently before the High Court threaten the rapid commencement of 40,000 ready-to-go apartments, and present a “very significant threat” to the Irish construction sector, a senior industry lobbyist has claimed.
Construction Industry Federation director of housing, planning and development Conor O’Connell warned that the two legal cases would, if successful, impede the delivery of crucial infrastructure and housing across the country.
